This privacy statement is concerned with Citygreen’s use of personal/client information that Citygreen collects when you use our website, or when you engage in business dealings with us.
Any information you provide to Citygreen will be used only for Citygreen's purposes. Your information will be disclosed only where we are obliged or permitted to by law.
We will store personal/client information on our records for as long as you have business dealings with Citygreen, and remove that information from data storage in the event that your business dealings have concluded, except where required by law. In the case of general enquiries (via telephone, facsimile, mail, email or contact.citygreen.com.au), personal/client information will be held for a period of three months before being deleted if no further correspondance is recieved from the enquirer. Citygreen will ensure that all personal/client information supplied to us is held securely.
If inappropriate, offensive, illegal or objectionable material is sent via email, Citygreen can use whatever information that is available to it about the sender to stop such behaviour. This may involve informing third parties such as an employer, ISP or law enforcement agencies about the content.
